Today, we’re sitting down with IMPACT agent, Richard Fuller.
Richard is a father to Eric and Ashley, Grandfather to 6 and blessed with a wonderful wife, Laurinda, of almost 20 years. He served in the USMC for 4 years at El Toro Marine base, being trained in Aviation Electronics before being recruited by Hughes aircraft as an Electronics Technician, ultimately advancing into management. After 25 years there, Richard retired to pursue a new career in Real Estate. He began his career at Century21 Sunny Hills before Joining Impact Properties. Richard looks forward to snowbirding in Wyoming and Palm Springs in the future.

I love that Impact properties pours TONS of energy and funding to improve their Realtors!
What is your favorite aspect of IMPACT Properties?
My favorite aspect of IMPACT is the commitment to guiding principals and our Core Values: Compassion, Commitment, Courage, Competence, Communication, Cooperation, Conviction, and Contribution.
Why did you join IMPACT Properties?
I was not growing fast enough and was not supported well by my previous Broker prior to Joining Impact.
What makes IMPACT Properties different?
I thoroughly enjoy the Christian culture within the office setting.
